VEVO LAB
Image analysis is supported by Vevo LAB (FUJIFILM VisualSonics, Toronto, Canada) after Vevo 3100/LAZR-X data collection. This software is available on Imaging Workstation #4 in RL B.717A. Select ‘SAIF-Vevo Lab’ under Workstation#4 -Imaris/Vevo LAB on Imaging Core’s lab resource scheduler.
The following features are available:
- Annotations for structures
- Measure lengths, areas and volumes
- Brightness/contrast modifications
- Spectral Unmixing in PA-mode
- 3D/4D rendering for presentations
- Vevo CQ (for non-linear contrast mode)
- File conversion and export (for frames and cine loops)
IMARIS
Image analysis is supported by Bitplane Imaris after CT or MRI data collection. This software is available on Imaging Workstation #4 in the imaging core. Select ‘SAIF-Imaris’ under Workstation#4 –Imaris/Vevo LAB on Imaging Core’s lab resource scheduler.
PMOD
This software is available on MILabs reconstruction PC for streamline CT post-processing work.
